How to make it
- There are really extensive methods for taking these remedies. The easiest is to add a few fresh leaves or half a teaspoon (depending on how strong the herb is) to a glass of cold water. Stir and strain the leaves (unless you want to digest the whole lot) and add honey to taste. Honey is a bit sticky and doesn't disolve so well, so you could try melting it or just stirring for ages. You could try Maple Syrup or equivalent if you find the honey method too tricky.
- I should point out that while I really like some of these treatments, I am in no way qualified. If you have ongoing problems see a doctor or proper herbalist.
