Ingredients
  • 10 medium potatoes
  • 2 3oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3T butter
  • paprika or shredded cheese for the top

Directions
  1. Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
  2. Boil until soft (20 minutes or so?)
  3. Drain
  4. Mash the potatoes
  5. Preheat oven to 350
  6. Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish
  7. Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes
  8. Sprinkle paprika or cheese over top
  9. If cheese, bake another 5 minutes until melted
