Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes
- 2 3oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3T butter
- paprika or shredded cheese for the top
Directions
- Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
- Boil until soft (20 minutes or so?)
- Drain
- Mash the potatoes
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish
- Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes
- Sprinkle paprika or cheese over top
- If cheese, bake another 5 minutes until melted
