Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/4 pound smoked salmon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
- Dark rye bread rounds
Directions
- Using food processor or blender, process cream cheese until softened and smooth. Add salmon. Process until thoroughly mixed. Add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and dill weed. Process only until mixed. Serve with rye bread rounds.

The only way to fix it. We buy smoked mullet spread at our fish market which is homemade. It is delicious also.
