This is great topped with cheese and served with chips, crackers or cornbread. So filling too!

Ingredients
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 14 oz. can red kidney beans
  • 1 14 oz. can pinto beans
  • 1 14 oz. can creole red beans
  • 1 can of rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing

Directions
  1. Brown meat and onions together. Drain
  2. Add all ingredients, stir well
  3. Bring to a boil, then down to a simmer for 45 mins.
  4. This is so good and good for you!
