Lemon Spaghetti

- 1 pound spaghetti shopping list
- 2/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons) shopping list
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon zest shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh chopped basil shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the pasta as usual in salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile whisk the oil, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper altogether.
- Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of cooking liquid.
- Toss the pasta with the lemon sauce, and the reserved cooking liquid, adding 1/4 cup at a time as needed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with lemon zest and chopped basil.

Oh! This has to be way too good. I can't wait to try this one. Lemon anything is good but with spaghetti? Over the top! An absolute 5!
