Black n Tan Hummus

- 1 cup cooked black beans, drained shopping list
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas, drained shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp fat-free, plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a food processor (for coarser hummus) or blender (for fine hummus)
- Process until pureed and creamy, adding a bit more water if required.
- Chill before serving.
