	vegan mushrom and burdok root stew

Ingredients

2 Burdok roots

6 Mushrooms

3 potatos

1/2 head of Hakusai

1/4 cup of Soy sause

2 Tbls salt

1 onion

1 leek chopped

1 Tbls oragano

1/4 head Cabbage

2 Tbls virgin olive oil

2 Tbls Sesame oil

1 Tble spoon of Sesame seeds

2 Tble spoons of Cumon

3 Korean hot chillies

3 Tbls of Organic Taco spice

1 half can of mexican refried beans

1 1/2 liter of water in a 3 to 4 liter pan

Directions

Put all this in a pan a stew and stir till you get a stew and it's cooked. Not really a hard dish this here but it's really heathy and really good have fun and good eating to one and all.

Yes you wash the dirt off then turn the knife back word then you run it over the root till you skin it like a carrot or potato. Then you just cut it and toss it in there! I can't tell you the taist I never had it till I came here but it's good different but good.
