    Yes you wash the dirt off then turn the knife back word then you run it over the root till you skin it like a carrot or potato. Then you just cut it and toss it in there! I can't tell you the taist I never had it till I came here but it's good different but good.

    Looks good I love the heat component, do you just chop up the 2 Burdok roots, peel them first,I have never used them before.
