Ingredients
- 5 mangos ,pealed and cut int cubes
- 1 can of coondensed milk
- 2 cups of whipping cream
- juice of one lemon
Directions
- 1. Put 4 mangos in blender with the juice of a lemon and the condensed milk. Blend until smooth and strain.
- 2.Whip cream until soft peaks hold
- 3.Mix mango cream with whipped cream and the left mango cut in small cubes.
- 4.Refrigerate at least two hours.
- 5. Serve with lemon cookies.
