Grilled Ginger And Lime Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast

1T. grated ginger

4T. chopped cilantro

juice of 2 limes

zest of 1 lime

2t. honey

red pepper flakes to taste

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients in a zip lock bag

add chicken and marinate for 4 hours

grill approx. 20 min or until juices run clear

Hi Denise, I did this recipe last weekend... I used an entire cut up chicken so I doubled the marinade. Oh, I just happened to notice Tequila bottle with a couple of shots left just begging to be used up so I threw that in too. I served it with your Avocado,Corn & Tomato salad and some Black Beans and rice. Everyone LOVED the Chicken and Avocado salad... They wanted me to give you a 10.... Thanks so much for making me look good......... ;-)~
