How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Comine the olive oil and Tobasco sauce in a cup
  • Brush mixture on one side of tortillas; place on a cookie sheet
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until tortillas are golden
  • Combine black beans, lime jucie, Green Tobasco, cumin, oregano and salt in a medium bowl
  • Place one tortilla on each plate
  • Top wtih 1/6 of the bean mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese and green onions
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and salad mixutre
  • Top each with a dollop of sour cream
