Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients into a paste and run all over the turkey breast - under the skin, on top of the skin, and in the cavities.
  • Transfer the breast to a roasting pan and roast until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork - about 1 hour and 30- 45 minutes. Let rest, covered with aluminum foil for 10 minutes before carving.
