A new way to serve wings, a blend of tart and sweet with a nice pepper based heat in the background.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic reduction*
- 1/4 cup red wine
- salt to taste
- fresh ground black pepper to taste**
- *this is available in most supermarkets, however to make your own simply mix 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 Tbl. granulated sugar and reduce by 50% on stove top
- **black pepper adds flavor as well as heat I recommend using at least 2 tsp. pepper corns ground
Directions
- combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat
- reduce the liquid by half (you will know when the bubbles start to build on top of one another)
- remove from heat and pour in a large bowl for tossing
- let stand for 5 minutes
- toss with 12 wings prepared how every you like them (I grilled my wings but fried or baked work the same)

These sound very good. I love just about anything with a balsamic reduction on it. I make large amounts of my reduction at a time and my family complains about the smell but it is so worth it! I'm sure this is a 5 for great flavor.
