Tomato-vodka Cream Sauce Recipe

How to make it

  • Melt butter over high heat,add red pepper flakes. Rapidly add vodka,simmer 2 mins. Add tomatoes,and the two cheeses and simmer for 3 mins. then add the heavy cream and simmer 1 min.
