Tomato-vodka Cream Sauce Recipe

Great tomato-cream sauce with vodka. Wonderful over any pasta,ravioli or gnocci.

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter(1 stick)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c vodka
- 1 can Italian crushed tomatoes(28oz.)
- 3/4c parmesan cheese
- 1/2c romano cheese
- 1c heavy cream
Directions
- Melt butter over high heat,add red pepper flakes. Rapidly add vodka,simmer 2 mins. Add tomatoes,and the two cheeses and simmer for 3 mins. then add the heavy cream and simmer 1 min.
