This is awesome, too. Haven't worked with lychees too much.. Are these canned? Fresh? If, fresh, where do I buy? I had lychees for a dessert when I was in China, and they were great and beautiful!

Greek... you can get them canned (I usually do, it's easier). Fresh ones are usually only available in late summer around me (I'm near T.O., Canada) and for this amount it is so not worth the effort!

Lychee's are God. My Dad got me into them and I started eating them as a snack. I should find some when we go shopping next. This sounds good, maybe I'll try it.

Hi, i made this today but i also made lychee-lime ice cream and made another one a bit thicker. both were very good. your version is much lighter, but with the ice cream it is more frappe like (at least the frappes i am used to around here)
