CARROT AND LENTIL SOUP

- cabbage shopping list
- radishes shopping list
- turnips shopping list
- fresh herbs shopping list
- SOUP shopping list
- carrots shopping list
- red lentils shopping list
- Cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- The amount of ingredients depends on for how many you are cooking shopping list
How to make it
- Brew a stock with lots of carrots, cabbage, radishes, turnips and fresh herbs.
- Rinse red lentils in water
- Cover with hot water and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes
- Lower temperature and stir now and again until it is soft to the touch and the taste distinct
- BE CAREFUL not to cook it for too long as it can become a pulp and become bitter
- Add the lentils to the stock and add lots of grated carrots.
- Boil until carrots are cooked
- Let it stand for a while and liquidize
- Add cream, salt and pepper or anything else that may enhance the taste.
- ENJOY
- Serve with coriander bread
