How to make it

  • Combine the lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar and chiles in a bowl for dressing.
  • Combine chopped bok choy, cucumber or papa, green beans, cilantro and chiles on salad platter.
  • Add roasted peanuts and green onions
  • Toss with dressing.
  • Serve.
