How to make it

  • Put your boiled meat and herbs in your food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes and then add the egg, the 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and milk. Blend all of this until it is a paste-like consistency.
  • Roll out large meatballs and roll in bread crumbs.
  • Fry these beauties in butter and oil until a golden brown like the picture.
  • Enjoy!
