Polpettine Di Carne Bollito AKA Meatballs

- 1.1 lbs boiled mixed meat shopping list
- 1 ½ freshly parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cups breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 4 large sage leaves shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme shopping list
- More bread crumbs to cover the balls shopping list
- salt shopping list
- olive oil and butter to fry in shopping list
How to make it
- Put your boiled meat and herbs in your food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes and then add the egg, the 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and milk. Blend all of this until it is a paste-like consistency.
- Roll out large meatballs and roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry these beauties in butter and oil until a golden brown like the picture.
- Enjoy!
