Beef Noodle Casserole

- 2 lbs. extra lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 can (14-3/4 oz.) cream-style corn shopping list
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup shopping list
- 1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 jar (2-oz.) sliced pimientos, drained shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. chopped jalapeño pepper shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. stone ground mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 pkg. (8-oz.) medium noodles cooked and drained shopping list
- 1 jar ( 4-2/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is done and vegetables are tender, drain.
- Add the next 10 ingredients. Stir in noodles and mushrooms.
- Transfer to a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until heated through.
