These are very nice cookies. Very pretty and very tasty. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raspberry preserves

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except preserves then roll out very think and cut into squares.
  2. Put preserves in center and fold corners over.
  3. Take at 350 for 10 minutes then sprinkle with powdered sugar
