How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Sift first 3 ingredients together; set aside.
  • Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition.
  • Mix in chocolate and vanilla.
  • Mix Bailey's with milk and add alternately with flour, mixing well.
  • Add nuts.
  • Spoon into mini cupcake liners and bake for about 9-12 minutes.
  • Makes a bunch!
  • I honestly don't know how long the overall cook time is because I always make these all day long with the other Irish goodies.
