Sourdough Scones Recipe

Sourdough Scones Recipe
These scones are rich with utter which cuts a bit of the sour tang of the sourdough. These are especially good with a sour marmalade.

These were really easy and quite good. This was my first time making scones, so I was really pleased with how easy the dough was to work with. I used the whole stick of butter (8Tbsp) rather than removing the one TBSP, and they came out just fine. I am going to try this out again with less or no sugar because these turned out better than sourdough biscuit recipes I have tried.
