Parmesan Crisps

- 4 cups Freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- Non-stick cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a griddle with non-stick stuff, and bring it to a medium-high heat.
- Place 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese on the griddle in a little mound and watch it very carefully. It will melt and spread and burn very quickly.
- When the bottom is golden, turn the crisps over to brown the other side lightly. This should take only a minute or so on each side.
- They will be soft when done, so lift the crisps off the griddle with a spatula and lay them flat to crisp up.
- They get crispier as they cool.
- 2 crisps = 1 serving
