Ingredients

1/2 Cup flour

4 Tablespoons instant chocolate drink mix

1/4 Cup and 1/3 Cup sugar

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 Cup milk

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 chocolate wafers(Not cream filled)

3/4 cup boiling water

Directions

Stir together the flour, 1 Tablespoon of the chocolate drink mix, 1/4 Cup of the sugar, and the baking powder.

Add the milk, oil and vanilla - stir until smooth.

Add the wafers, and put in a pan.

Combine the remaining sugar and drink mix, and gradually add the boiling water.

Stir it well, and pour over the mixture already in the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

Serve warm or cold
