This is a different veggie that most people forget about... but this is rather good for a change of taste...Another dish that my Aunt Helen
makes.

Ingredients
- 2 cans hominy, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can onion rings
- 1 small package grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients and place in a baking dish.
- Add cheese and cook until bubbly.
- Cover with onion rings and heat again thoroughly.
