Hominy Casserole

This is a different veggie that most people forget about... but this is rather good for a change of taste...Another dish that my Aunt Helen makes.
Ingredients
- 2 cans hominy, drained shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can onion rings shopping list
- 1 small package grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 3 ingredients and place in a baking dish.
- Add cheese and cook until bubbly.
- Cover with onion rings and heat again thoroughly.

Just a question, when you make this do you prefer the white or yellow hominy?
