Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel potatoes and place in cold water set aside
  • Preheat oven to 350o
  • Pam a 9x13" baking pan
  • Melt butter in a lge skillet
  • Add onion and garlic saute until soft
  • Add in the milk and bring to a boil and remove from heat
  • Combine eggs salt and pepper beat until frothy
  • Shred the potatoes and add to the egg mixture toss to combine
  • Add in the milk mixture
  • Set aside 1 cup of the cheese and add the rest to the potato mixture
  • Transfer mixture to the pan
  • Bake uncovered for 45 min
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheese over top
  • Return to oven and continue baking for an additional 25-30 min.
