How to make it

  • 1. Combine eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper in a blender
  • 2. Blend until frothy, 7-10 seconds
  • 3. Stir in onions
  • 4. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
  • 5. Make sure that butter coats the pan
  • 6. Pour in egg mixture
  • 7. Cook without stirring until mixture starts to set
  • 8. Draw a spatula across bottom of pan to form large curds
  • 9. Continue until eggs are thickened, but still moist
  • 10. Do not stir constantly
  • 11. Serve immediately
  • 12. Great with bacon, sausage, or ham
