Ingredients

CAKE:

1 EGG

1 STICK OF MARGARINE

1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX (RESERVE 2/3 CUP FOR FILLING)

TOPPING:

1 1/4 CUP WHITE KARO

1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR

3 EGGS

2/3 CUP CAKE MIX

1 TEASPOON VANILLA

1 1/2 CUPS OF PECANS

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

MIX TOGETHER CAKE INGREDIENTS, FIRST 3 UNDER CAKE.

PRESS INTO A GREASED 9 X 13 PAN

BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES

REMOVE FROM OVEN

MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

POUR ON TOP OF THE CRUST

BAKE AGAIN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES.

DONT OVER COOK

LET COOL COMPLETELY AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
