peri peri chicken with potatoes

- 8 potatoes washed and oiled shopping list
- filling:500g cubed chicken shopping list
- 1 tspn chilli powd shopping list
- 1 tblspn peri peri sauce shopping list
- 2 tblspn lemon juice shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 4 tblspn French dressing shopping list
- 1/2 tspn tumeric powd shopping list
- 1 tspn bbq spice shopping list
- 1 tblspn periperi oil shopping list
- 1 tblspn chicken spice shopping list
- 1 tspn lemon pepper shopping list
- 1 tblspn mayo shopping list
- chopped coriander shopping list
How to make it
- prick potatoes with fork
- bake at 180 degrees for 40 min
- filling:cook all ingred except mayo and coriander on slow heat til tender
- lastly add mayo and coriander
- cut potatoes across,press lighlty
- lay filling
- serve while hot

I'd be tempted to deconstruct the french dressing, and work out what's in the "chicken spice" then make it more from scratch. Sounds tasty though.
