    Super tasty bread. My favorite.
    Alterations:
White potatoes peeled, quartered, and halved. Roasted for 1hr at 350. Mashed with garlic salt, pepper, butter, and cream.
    I used 1.5c oat flour + 1.5c bread flour.
And I used unsweetened Almond milk.
Use machine to make basic bread dough.
Turn out. Knead for 1-2 minutes.
Put in greased loaf pan, let rise 1hr, bake at 375 for 23 minutes.

I'm not a baker by any stretch, but this came out excellent.

It needs to be freshly made mash from real potatos, flake mash will not do.

When you say mashed potatoes, does that mean the instant flakes or already made-up mashed spuds?

Very tasty bread. I should have had thinner potatoes, I think. The shape was lumpy, but tasted great.
