FANTASTIC AND SUPER EASY COOKIE. I COULD EAT MY WEIGHT IN THEM BUT THANK GOD I DONT! LOL!

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3-5 tablespoons cocoa (your taste)
- 1/2 cup butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (can use crunchy)
- 3 cups quick oatmeal (quaker 1 minute oats) you can use less than 3 cups
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- finely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Bring sugar, milk, cocoa, butter and salt to boil for 2 minutes in a 2 quart sauce pan.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal, and vanilla quickly!
- Mix quickly and spoon onto waxed paper or foil.
- Let cool.
- Makes 3 dozen.

I really like these,but yours look nicer then mine.Sometimes I don't cook the sugar,cream,and butter long enough-but- thats ok,then I just call them spoon cookies,sometimes I goof on purpose! Thank-you for the recipe
