We like these at parties and also some time for lunch. They are really very good and tasty.

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. feta cheese
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh mint
  • 1 cup radishes, diced
  • 1 cup English cucumber, diced, if you can't find the English cucumber use a regular cucumber
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 flavored tortillas, warmed (10")
  • Minced zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Puree feta, cream cheese, sour cream, zest, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and fold in herbs.
  3. Spread 1/3 of the feta mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top 1/2 of each tortilla with 1/3 of the vegetables.
  4. Roil wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set up the filling.
  5. Slice each wrap into 4 pieces.
