This is a classic way to prepare kale, which is one of my favorite bitter winter greens. It's wonderful with roast chicken or pork

I would just say that for people who are looking to maximize the nutritional intake, I would first steam the kale for 3 minutes, and then cook it for about 5 on low heat. It should still have a little crunch. I love this recipe!
