Apple French Toast Breakfast Sandwiches

This is a simple and tasty way to make french toast without all the sticky syrupy mess.You can even eat them on the run.
Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 T.vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/3 C.milk shopping list
- 1 can apple pie filling shopping list
- butter (for the skillet) shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat and butter skillet.
- MIx vanilla with milk and beaten eggs.
- Dip bread into egg mixture and fry until golden brown.
- Spoon a generous portion of pie filling inbetween 2 toasts and slice diagonal.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serves 2.
