11/2oz gin

11/2 oz fresh orange juice

1tsp. superfine or regular sugar

Directions

Pour gin,orange juice and sugar into a cold Old Fashioned glass over ice,then garnish with a slice of orange. Alternatively, shake with ice'then strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with flamed orange peel
