Salmon Biscuit Roll With Sauce

- ½ C. chopped celery shopping list
- ½ C. chopped green pepper shopping list
- ½ C. chopped onion shopping list
- 2 T. butter shopping list
- ½ C. chopped black olives shopping list
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, reserve liquid shopping list
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, divided shopping list
- 2 C. biscuit mix shopping list
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 2/3 C. milk shopping list
- ½ C. sliced black olives shopping list
- 2 T. onion, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 2 slices bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Saute celery, pepper and onion in butter until tender. Add chopped olives.
- Drain salmon, reserve liquid. Add salmon and ¼ C. of the chicken soup to vegetables. Stir well to mix.
- Combine biscuit mix with garlic powder and cheese. Add milk and stir. Turn onto floured surface. Knead a few times. Roll dough into 10"x15" rectangle. Cover with salmon mixture.
- Starting from long side roll up. Slice in 12 even pieces Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 20 min or until golden.
- Meanwhile make sauce. In skillet fry 2 slices bacon crisp, remove to paper towel.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet, stir for 1min. Add mushrooms, stir for 1 min. Add olives
- Add milk to reserved salmon liquid to make ½ C. add to skillet along with remaining chicken soup. Heat just to boiling.
- Serve salmon rolls with sauce over them.
