How to make it

  • Combine Flour, 1/2 Salt, and 1/2 Pepper. Dredge Chicken in the flour mixture.
  • In large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken & cook until golden brown. About 2min a side. Move Chicken to plate.
  • Add Mushrooms, Garlic, & Shallots to pan cook 5min. Add wine and reduce by half. Add tomato, Broth, Tomato paste, and remaining salt and pepper. Return Chicken and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 min. Serve to plate and cover with croutons
