Eveything But The Kitchen Sink 4 Egg Omelet Recipe
If you like a BIG stuffed omelet,this is the one for you.This is not for those who prefer a 'light' meal and are watching calories. I made this for my teenage nephew and he almost burst trying to finish it all!

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C.shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C.deli ham,cut into small cubes or strips
  • 3 large mushrooms,sliced very thin
  • 3 precooked Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans breakfast sausage patties,crumbled
  • chopped onion
  • 4-5 chopped green olives
  • salt,pepper,italian seasoning to taste
  • butter for skillet

Directions
  1. Heat butter in skillet.
  2. Scramble eggs and add salt/pepper to taste.
  3. Pour egg mixture into large skillet and add all ingredients plus 1/2 the cheese.
  4. Let cook and fold over into omelet.
  5. Add remaining cheese and eat.
