Pirate Steak Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

12 oz. beer (your choice, I like a stout for beef and something lighter for fish and veggies but really anything works)

1/2 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 Tablespoons soy sauce

1 Tablespoon dijon mustard

1 small diced onion

2 diced cloves of garlic

Directions

Put all in saucepan and cook over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.

Brush over meat and grill. Keep basting for more flavor.

Beyond delicious... I cut the oil down to 1 tbsp and used water for the rest. Actually used this on shrimp and it was great.
