Ingredients

2 Cups fresh breadcrumbs

½ Cups milk

1 small shallot

1/4 Cup fresh parsley leaves

1 pound ground beef

1 pound ground pork

2 large eggs

1 Tablespoon garlic power

1 Cup Parmesan cheese

salt + pepper

olive oil

Directions

1. Prepare the meat balls. Place breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Add milk to moisten set aside.

2.Combine shallot and parsley in a food processor. Pulse mixture

3.take another bowl add mixture from food processor then add in moisten breadcrumbs, along with beef, pork eggs, garlic power, and cheese season with salt + pepper using your hands mix well until well combine light coat hand with olive oil roll meat mixture into 1 -inch ball.

4 Cook meat balls in tomato sauce for 15 mins
