Ingredients
  • 2 Cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cups milk
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1/4 Cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic power
  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt + pepper
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. 1. Prepare the meat balls. Place breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Add milk to moisten set aside.
  2. 2.Combine shallot and parsley in a food processor. Pulse mixture
  3. 3.take another bowl add mixture from food processor then add in moisten breadcrumbs, along with beef, pork eggs, garlic power, and cheese season with salt + pepper using your hands mix well until well combine light coat hand with olive oil roll meat mixture into 1 -inch ball.
  4. 4 Cook meat balls in tomato sauce for 15 mins
