How to make it

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring
  • until melted. Beat until frothy.
  • Pour into a mold or sherbet glasses. Chill until firm.
  • Stir ginger into Cool Whip and serve with dessert.
