Love this one, very flavorful. Easy to make so you can whip this up in no time when you want something but don't have a lot of time to spend whipping something up.

Ingredients
  • 1-3 oz. orange gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1/8 t. ground ginger

Directions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring
  2. until melted. Beat until frothy.
  3. Pour into a mold or sherbet glasses. Chill until firm.
  4. Stir ginger into Cool Whip and serve with dessert.
