Tibetan Spring Soup

- A chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tbl Mixed chopped garlic and ginger shopping list
- 1 lb Diced beef shopping list
- 1 pt water shopping list
- 1 handf chopped mooli root vegetable, (or chopped radishes) shopping list
- 1 cup Plain pastry chopped into tiny pieces shopping list
- 1 handf ul of lettuce shopping list
- Chopped coriander shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the onion, garlic and ginger together for a minute and add the beef until it is sealed. Pour in the water and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the mooli and the small pastry pieces and cook a minute longer.
- At the end, drop in the lettuce and coriander and serve good and hot.
