Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream together until light and fluffy the butter, sugar and vanilla.
  • Blend in the flour, crushed potato chips and chopped pecans.
  • Drop by teaspoon on an ungreased baking sheet about 2-inches apart.
  • Flatten with a greased and sugared drinking glass bottom.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Makes about 5 dozen cookies.

    And I here I was wondering what I was going to do with all the left over chips from our picnic. I thought they were just going to go to waste, get stale and have to be thrown out. What a great way to get rid of them. I was looking for sweet potato chips and stumbled into this one... Glad I did...I am going to make these cookies this weekend and send them home to my Grand-Daughter. High Five Thanks for the recipe *****

    Oh My,Dottie,When I tear into a bag of potato chips I would be lucky to have any left for this,but 1/2 cup of chips,bet I could spare,that much! Always a pleasure,Dottie Kind Regards
