Symphony Angel Pie

- 2 cps chocolate cookie crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cp melted butter shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar shopping list
- filling shopping list
- 1 8 oz Symphony bar shopping list
- 1 1/2 pts. whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tbs sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- extra cream and chocolate curls for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Crush cookies in food processor
- add butter and sugar
- press into 9 inch pie plate
- bake at 350 for ten minutes
- cool
- melt Symphony bar over hot water
- Slowly add to cream as it is whipping
- add sugar and vanilla
- Pour into pie shell
- refrigerate till firm (at least one hour)
- decorate with dollops of whipped cream and chocolate curls
- This is a dedadent desert and every one will love it.

It's been so long since I have had a symphony bar, I told my husband if he didn't stop bringing them home for me I would kill him! LOL they used to be my favorite, I may have to give this a go though, oh yeah.
