Ingredients

How to make it

  • Crush cookies in food processor
  • add butter and sugar
  • press into 9 inch pie plate
  • bake at 350 for ten minutes
  • cool
  • melt Symphony bar over hot water
  • Slowly add to cream as it is whipping
  • add sugar and vanilla
  • Pour into pie shell
  • refrigerate till firm (at least one hour)
  • decorate with dollops of whipped cream and chocolate curls
  • This is a dedadent desert and every one will love it.

    Never had a Symphony bar before so my imagination has to work harder lol It does sound delicious though and I do like chocolate :) Wish there was a picture to help me along ;) Thanks for sharing

    It's been so long since I have had a symphony bar, I told my husband if he didn't stop bringing them home for me I would kill him! LOL they used to be my favorite, I may have to give this a go though, oh yeah.
