Symphony Angel Pie Recipe

	Riverrat715 / All my dishes 1 year, 8 months ago I made up this recipe for my husband who is a chocoholic. He says it is better than Frenc Silk and it is oh so easy. Prep:20m Cook:10m Servings:8	Riverrat715

Ingredients

2 cps chocolate cookie crumbs

1/4 cp melted butter

2 tbs sugar

filling

1 8 oz Symphony bar

1 1/2 pts. whipping cream

1 tbs sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

extra cream and chocolate curls for garnish

Directions

Crush cookies in food processor

add butter and sugar

press into 9 inch pie plate

bake at 350 for ten minutes

cool

melt Symphony bar over hot water

Slowly add to cream as it is whipping

add sugar and vanilla

Pour into pie shell

refrigerate till firm (at least one hour)

decorate with dollops of whipped cream and chocolate curls

This is a dedadent desert and every one will love it.

It's been so long since I have had a symphony bar, I told my husband if he didn't stop bringing them home for me I would kill him! LOL they used to be my favorite, I may have to give this a go though, oh yeah.
