Garden Cheddar Spread

This spread is delicious with crackers,whole grain bread,raw veggies or even on a sandwich.It does have a slight bite to it, so if you don't like it an the hot side just leave out the tabasco sauce
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup soft butter shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet & spicy mustard (any brand) shopping list
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 scallions thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Blend cream cheese and butter together.
- Add milk and mustard.
- Stir in cheese and half the scallions.
- Mix in carrots and tabasco sauce.
- Blend well making sure there are no lumps.
- Garnish with remaining scallions.
