Ingredients
  • 3 cups soymilk, plain or vanilla
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen (see Tip)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar - substitute sweetener or honey as desired - using less than 1/4 as you prefer

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Tip: Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
