Soy Milk Smoothie

- 3 cups soymilk, plain or vanilla shopping list
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen (see Tip) shopping list
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar - substitute sweetener or honey as desired - using less than 1/4 as you prefer shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Tip: Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
