Ingredients
  • 300 g of flour
  • two espresso cups of olive oil
  • two espresso cups of red wine
  • handful of chopped hazelnut,
  • 70 g of sugar
  • a pinch of salt.

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together to obtain a smooth and soft dough.
  2. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Make small doughnuts out of it.
  4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 C.
  5. Serve with sweet wine.
