Tuscan Wine Biscotti Ciambelle Al Vino

- 300 g of flour shopping list
- two espresso cups of olive oil shopping list
- two espresso cups of red wine shopping list
- handful of chopped hazelnut, shopping list
- 70 g of sugar shopping list
- a pinch of salt. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together to obtain a smooth and soft dough.
- Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Make small doughnuts out of it.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 C.
- Serve with sweet wine.
