This is a quick broiled chicken recipe with crazy flavor. It has a lot of different ingredients, but don't worry you can easily substitute for some of them. It's good with soba noodles or rice.

Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless and cut into long pieces about 3/4" wide)
  • 1 tbs Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Hot Chili Oil
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Saki
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinade chichen in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Pour contents into oven safe pan and place under broiler, and broil for 5 minutes.
  3. Flip chicken pieces and spoon juices over chicken, and broil for another 5 minutes, until no longer pink.
