Spinach Casserole Recipe
This is a favorite spinach casserole recipe that has great flavor. I first made this 30 years ago and after all these years I still love it!

Ingredients
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages of chopped spinach, cooked
  • 2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans of mushrooms, drained or 9 ounces of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons of minced onion
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter

Directions
  1. Drain the cooked spinach.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into an ungreased casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
