Capn Crunch Low Fat Chicken Nuggets

- 1 lb. skinless, bownless chicken breast shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup skim milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 3 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cut chicken into 1" x 1" nuggets
- Combine flour,garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt in small bowl.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites and milk together.
- Coarsley crush cereal and place in separarte bowl
- Coat each nugget in flour mix, then egg mix, then cereal.
- Spay cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place nuggets on sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip nuggets, and bake additional 10 minutes or until centre of chicken is no longer pink.
- NOTE: Ovens Very!!! Watch nuggets closley near end of cooking time so they do not get too brown.
