Capn Crunch Low Fat Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. skinless, bownless chicken breast

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/4 cup all purpose flour

2 egg whites

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 cup skim milk

1/2 tsp. onion powder

3 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Cut chicken into 1" x 1" nuggets

Combine flour,garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt in small bowl.

In another bowl, beat egg whites and milk together.

Coarsley crush cereal and place in separarte bowl

Coat each nugget in flour mix, then egg mix, then cereal.

Spay cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place nuggets on sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Flip nuggets, and bake additional 10 minutes or until centre of chicken is no longer pink.

NOTE: Ovens Very!!! Watch nuggets closley near end of cooking time so they do not get too brown.
