Moms Broccoli Salad

This makes an excellent sweet and tangy broccoli salad for your family . Your kids will even eat it!!! Big hit at pot lucks and special occasions. There will be no leftovers.
Ingredients
- 5 cups steamed brocoli shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped shopping list
- 1 cup raisins or dried cherries shopping list
- walnuts or sunflower seeds (optional) shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1 cup Hellman's mayonaise shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 6 tablespoons sugar (or Splenda) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix salad ingredients well, chill in refrigerator for one hour.
- Combine dressing ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour over salad.
- Chill and Serve.
